G.WIZ, the Hands-on Science Museum, presents the biggest traveling exhibit ever to come to G.WIZ – the magic of Tutankhamun, Egypt’s famed “King Tut.”
The awe-inspiring exhibition, circulated by the International Museum Institute of Texas, consists primarily of museum quality reproductions of over 90 items unearthed by American archaeologist Howard Carter when he discovered King Tut’s tomb in the Valley of the Kings in 1922. The artistry and craftsmanship of the ancient Egyptians will awe you, their proficiency in math and science will fascinate you … and the mystery that shrouds King Tut’s tomb will intrigue you.
And of course, G.WIZ is adding its own entertaining and educational hands-on exhibits to the traveling portion of the Tutankhamen exhibition. Try your hand at hieroglyphics! Understand how the principles of leverage, gravity and friction were used to build the Pyramids, and learn the mysterious secrets of mummification.
Thanks to sponsorships from local businesses and individuals, G.WIZ is able to offer this special exhibition at its usual admission price, with no additional charge to the public.

G.WIZ general admission: adults - $9, children ages 3 to 18 - $6, seniors 65 and over - $8. Children under age 3 and G.WIZ members are free.

G.WIZ general admission: adults - $9, children ages 3 to 18 - $6, seniors 65 and over - $8. Children under age 3 and G.WIZ members are free.
